Concrete is naturally porous, and while our sealer protects against stains and harsh chemicals, it’s best to clean up spills as they happen to ensure the longevity of your product. Regular cleaning with mild soap and water removes dirt and protects and maintains the product’s appearance.

Most products ship F.O.B. from our High Point, North Carolina warehouse. For larger projects, we can also ship directly from our factory located in the Republic of Panama. We are fully equipped to provide accurate shipping and logistics quotes for orders of any size—small, medium, or large. Simply share your project details, and we will manage the process and deliver a comprehensive quote for shipping directly to your site. We understand the critical importance of proper packaging to ensure our products arrive in perfect condition. Our team is always available to provide support and ensure the logistics process remains smooth, efficient, and straightforward.

Our lightweight concrete pieces are thoughtfully designed with ease of movement in mind, as many of our items, such as chairs and planters, are hollow. 2-4 people can move most coffee tables and seating. We recommend using cartons and soft padding to protect the pieces during transport, as concrete should never be dropped onto hard surfaces to avoid chipping. Always use a clean carton or thick padding when setting down pieces, slow and steady wins the race.

Upon placing an order, we’ll provide additional tips for moving your concrete safely. Often, our pieces can be rolled over hard or grassy surfaces for easier handling.

EDGE 34 offers a 12-month warranty on the structural integrity of our concrete products, effective from the moment the product ships from our warehouse or storage facility. This warranty covers structural cracking resulting from defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not apply if the product has been mishandled, including improper handling, installation, or transport, resulting in cracks, chips, or surface damage that compromise the integrity of the product or its sealers.

Concrete takes longer to heat up than many other materials, which often makes it more comfortable to the touch, especially in outdoor settings. However, like all surfaces—including wood, tile, and stone—concrete will absorb heat when exposed to prolonged sunlight or high temperatures and can become hot over time. The amount of heat retained depends on factors such as exposure.
